Here's the unrendered version of it. Maybe it's just me (since this is the version im looking at when animating) but the acting and animation felt slightly different when I rendered it out compared to my playblast.

good work, mate. Watch out for the eyes looking a little bit dead. It's missing that little bit of movement in eye balls that gives the character so much more life

Yes, I should probably have gotten some more eye-darts movements in there.
I get the same issue. As soon as I render out , it just doesn't look as lively as in the playblast version. Don't you hate that? Also did you ever experience a audio sync issues when yo compile your render with the voice track.
